I'm Andrea, 44, based in Florence. Computer engineer with a master's in Artificial Intelligence — summa cum laude, La Sapienza, University of Rome.

Over 12 years in Platform Engineering and Developer Experience, I've learned that technology alone doesn't create value — successful adoption does. My focus is on reducing friction and increasing flow.
